About Martha Dowd

Martha Dowd is an experienced real estate professional with a strong background in management and property coordination. A graduate of Niceville High School and Okaloosa-Walton Community College, she began her career as a trained paralegal, which allowed her to develop her skills in managing complex operations. Martha’s first management role was with the State of Florida Department of Revenue's Child Support Enforcement Program, where she oversaw a large team of attorneys and staff, fine-tuning her ability to coordinate and optimize team performance.

 

Since shifting her focus to real estate, Martha has been instrumental in managing successful operations at Dowd Title Group and Dowd Law Firm’s Real Estate Closing Department, where she led the closing of over $750 million in real estate loans. Since 2007, she has served as the General Manager of Safe Harbor Rental Management, overseeing the management and maintenance of several hundred properties in Northwest Florida.

 

Martha’s expertise ensures that property owners and investors achieve maximum returns with minimal expenses on their long-term rental investments, making her a valuable asset in the real estate community.
